Sea Gem Camber is a luxurious breath-taking architect-designed beach house located right on the world famous Camber Sands beach. It has been designed to maximise the glorious views of the ocean and golden sands of Camber beach.

This is the first really contemporary design on Camber's stunning shore-line, with its modern clean lines and breath taking floor-to-ceiling full height windows so you can bathe in the stunning sea views from nearly everyroom.

The interior design is both clever and sophisticated with a nautical feel throughout and touches of luxury. The heat pumped under floor heating system provides environmentally friendly heating throughout, and the natural limestone and solid oak floors complete the experience.

Sussex Beach House Accommodation

The main entrance leads into a hallway with amazing views straight through to the beach and sea.
Sussex beach house accommodation is spread over two floors, at ground floor level there are three double bedrooms:

Master bed – with dressing room, sea views, sliding doors onto a terrace, en-suite with an over-sized bath and window to look out to sea whilst lying in the bath!
Bed 2 – sea views, en-suite
Bed 3 – en-suite

Also on the ground floor there is also a Utility Room and Games Room.

A spiral stair-case leads up to the first floor with a very spacious open-plan living and dining area (seating for 10) plus kitchen. Frameless floor to ceiling glazing maximises the amazing views of the beach and sea from the living area. A feature of the lounge is a large Bodart & Gonay contemporary log burning stove which is perfect for those cooler autumn and winter breaks

Linen

This property is happy to welcome one dog by prior arrangement (£20 fee per week). No children under 12. Sea Gem is available for film and photo shoots and weekly lets only.
