Luxury Beach House Accommodation

The main entrance leads into a hallway with amazing views straight through to the beach and sea.

Luxury Beach House accommodation is spread over two floors, at ground floor level there are three double bedrooms:

Master bed - dressing room, sea views, sliding doors onto a terrace, en-suite with an over-sized bath and window to look out to sea whilst lying in the bath!
Bed 2 – sea views, en-suite
Bed 3 – en-suite

Also at Groundfloor there is also a Utility Room and Games Room.

A spiral stair-case leads to the first floor with a very spacious open-plan living and dining area (seating for 10) plus kitchen. Frameless floor to ceiling glazing maximises the amazing views of the beach and sea from the living area. A feature of the lounge is a large Bodart & Gonay contemporary log burning stove which is perfect for those cooler autumn and winter breaks.

Games room - a 46” flat screen LCD TV, Sky TV and Wi console.
Lounge - 46” flat screen LCD TV, DVD player, Sky TV, IPOD Dock/CD player/radio.
Master bedroom - IPOD Dock/CD player/radio

Laundry Facilities

There is a utility room containing a washing machine tumble drier and central vacuum.
State-of-the-art kitchen appliances
State-of-the-art kitchen with Miele appliances - electric cooker and hob, microwave, and dishwasher) and American fridge/freezer.

Outside

There is a built-in sunken seating area next to the beach with firepit / BBQ , shower and decked boardwalk onto the beach. To the front of the property there is a gravelled driveway with parking for 2/3 cars.

This property is happy to welcome one dog by prior arrangement ( £20 fee per week). No children under 12. Sea Gem is available for film and photo shoots and weekly lets only.

If you are looking for a location house for hire with lots of interest nearby, then Sea Gem is the ideal choice as you can package it up with a number of other shoot locations. The beautiful cinque port of Rye is only a few miles away offering wonderful views of the surrounding countryside as well as enchanting cobbled streets, a medieval church and beautifully preserved historic houses from the medieval, Tudor and Georgian periods.
